Returns

While we hope you fall madly in love with your Real Mart purchase the second that you take it out of the box, we know that isn't always going to be the case (but we still hope it will be). Although all Real Mart sales are final, there are a few exceptions. If, by chance, your product is (sigh) damaged or doesn't fit, you can return your unused/unworn merchandise to Real Mart by following the steps below.
  • Step 1 Contact us immediately (or within 14 days of your package's arrival)! We need to know what happened so we can get to work on fixing the problem.

  • Step 2 Secure your box so it's just like it was when you received it.

  • Step 3 Affix the shipping label. If your product arrived damaged, we'll pay for the return shipping. Print the shipping label that we email to you and tape it to your package. If you ordered an article of clothing and it doesn't fit, we apologize but you'll be responsible for shipping costs to exchange the size. If you want to use FedEx Ground to return your purchase, you can visit their site at www.fedex.com/us/ground/main/.

  • Step 4 Drop off your package at your local FedEx distribution center (you can find the closest one on the FedEx site too).

  • Step 5 Wait for your new, undamaged goods to arrive. Yay!



A FEW EXCEPTIONS...

We do have a few exceptions to our return and exchange policy. Please read through the following guidelines before shipping anything back to us.
  1. All music and DVD/video sales are final.
  2. All poster print sales are final.
  3. You cannot return washed or worn apparel.
  4. We will not accept returns for customized orders unless we made a mistake in the personalization.
